Equipment Rental Agreement

 

This Equipment rental agreement is made and entered on date of purchase, by and between, Tuft and Rugs (the “Lessor”) and the buyer (the “Lessee”); collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

 

The Parties agree as follows:

 

1.

The lessor hereby rents the “Product” in checkout, equipment to the lessee, who must adhere to the terms and conditions within this agreement:

The rental period will start on the date selected by the Lessee and end on the date selected by the Lessee. Which can be found through Shopifys’ Orders Page.

 

3.

Additional charges shall e added in the event the equipment is damaged, missing any parts or returned later than the end of date selected by the Lessee. The Lessee shall pay to the lessor an additional amount of £25.00, TWENTY FIVE POUNDS AND ZERO PENCE for every day the item has not been dispatched for return, in addition to the rental fee.

 

4.

The equipment may only be used and operated in a careful and proper manner. Its use must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of the equipment.

 

5.

The lessee shall not be responsible for all expenses and costs: i) at the beginning of the rental period, for the delivery of the equipment from the lessor’s premises to the lessee’s shipping address. ii) at the end of the rental period, for the delivery of the equipment from the location listed above the Lessor’s premises.

 

6.

The lessor has inspected the equipment in section 1 and acknowledges it is in good and working condition.

 

7.

The lessee agrees to keep and maintain the equipment clean and in good working order during the rental term at his own expense. In the event any equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, the lessee shall pay the lessor the replacement cost of the equipment.

 

8.

The equipment is and shall remain the exclusive property of the lessor.

 

 

 

9.

Except for damages, claims or losses due to the lessor’s acts or negligence, the lessee, to the extent permitted by law, will indemnify the lessor and lessor’s property, free and harmless from any liability for losses, claims, injury to or death of any person, including the lessee, or for damage to property arising from the lessee using the possessing the equipment or from the acts or omissions of any person or persons, including the lessee, using or possessing the Equipment with Lessee’s express of implied consent

 

10. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings, or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. This Agreement may be modified in writing and must be signed by the Lessor and Lessee.
